Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage
Despite the fact that it debuted over 25 years ago, the Bugatti Veyron remains a contemporary design, powered by a W16 engine dreamed up by Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage — the latest creation from the brand's Programme Solitaire bespoke program — pays reverence to both. It's powered by a 1,600 hp quad-turbocharged engine first introduced in the Chiron Super Sport, which made Piëch's speed goal of 300+ mph a reality. The exterior is based on the Veyron but refined, with the horseshoe grille better integrated into the bodywork, larger air intakes to better feed the engine, larger wheels for better performance and visual balance, advanced layering on the red surfaces, and black-tinted carbon fiber replacing black paint. Inside, there's a unique circular steering wheel, a bespoke center console, Custom Car Couture fabrics, and an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon integrated into the dash via a gondola that rotates on a diagonal axis several times per hour, powered by the car itself instead of via electrical connection. A true one-off, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage is perhaps the ultimate expression of Piëch's original vision.
