Originally released only to retailers that were the biggest supporters of the Caldwell brand, the newest release of The Last Tsar will reach a wider audience. Made in the Dominican Republic, the cigar is wrapped in a hybrid Connecticut Arapiraca Maduro wrapper and uses 100% Dominican binders and fillers. The full-bodied smoke offers plenty of pepper flavors along with notes of chocolate and cedar with a touch of sweetness. Only 1,000 boxes of 10 are being made available.
