The first Frogman was introduced in 1993. To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Casio is releasing the G-Shock Frogman GWFA1000APF1A. The special edition model takes inspiration from the poison dart frog with a multicolor carbon bezel featuring the hues of the South American amphibian. It's made using cuts of black, blue, and orange carbon and glass fibers laminated in random patterns, making each piece unique. To further the theme, the band is coated with a polarized spray that changed colors depending on the light, while the back pays homage to the original Frogman with an image of the character engraved onto it. The diver is finished with a monocoque case secured with six screws and a metal ring for an air-tight construction that offers an ISO 200-meter diving water resistance.
