Chrysler Halcyon Concept
Can Chrysler be more than minivans? The Halcyon concept says yes. A sleek battery electric vehicle, the Halcyon serves as a tech testbed for the future of Chrysler. The sculpted body features a fastback roofline and suicide rear doors with no B-pillar, opening into an airy, minimalist interior. A center spine runs the length of the roof with two glass winglets that open upwards, increasing the feel of space inside. The dash is bare except for the large central touchscreen and rectangular steering wheel. To increase cargo space, the rear seats can be folded flat. Chrysler imagines wireless charging, level 4 autonomous driving, and tech that automatically sets the cabin climate depending on the day's weather.
