Citroen My Ami Buggy

Citroen's Ami Buggy concept was a hit with the public — so much so that Citreon decided on building a limited run of 50 Ami Buggys. The entire lot sold out in under 18 minutes according to Citroen, making the Ami summer's hottest beach accessory. The Ami was originally a compact front-wheel-drive economy car made from 1961 to 1978. Citroen's new Ami is an electric quadricycle, essentially a two-seat microcar designed for urban transportation. The Ami Buggy ditches the doors for a more open-air feel, replacing them with tubular bars, and added a retractable cloth roof. The interior is accented with bright yellow trim and special badging.
