由轩尼诗出品的这款大师精选精酿系列，注定是独一无二的。这款限量版白兰地将永远不会有复制品。而对于精选2号来说，轩尼诗选择了由即将离任的专注调酒50多年的大师扬 · 菲尤来打造。菲尤借鉴了轩尼诗水务集团de Vie所储备的丰富知识，并且在最开始选择原料时，就选择陈酿至少了十年的酒水来进行制作。然后，在成熟的法国橡木桶中，这些酒水带着这种陈酿的精神，继续发酵18个月，然后再转入旧桶进行进一步的陈酿工作。所以说，这款一即是永恒的白兰地，仅在美国有售，并且数量有限。
