Whether it's an office, guest suite, or pool house, the Cover Backyard Homes is a one-stop shop for prefab studios. The LA-based company provides an all-inclusive service, designing, building, and installing their tiny spaces while also taking care of the zoning research, permits, manufacturing, and project management. Units are designed specifically for each client using a computer program that generates three sleek models to choose from. Ranging from 100 to 1,000 square feet, buildings are minimalist shelters that feature floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end appliances, and built-in bamboo cabinetry. Once a selection is made, units can be completed and set up in as little as three months.
