Crated 2005 Honda CBR1000RR SC57 Fireblade Motorcycle
Threading the needle between raw performance and predictability, the 2005 Honda CBR1000RR SC57 Fireblade drew heavily from the company's MotoGP efforts yet remained an easy-to-ride bike. It was powered by a 172 hp, 998cc engine, mated to a race-inspired, cassette-type 6-speed gearbox. An electronic steering damper, inverted 43mm front fork, and Unit Pro-Link rear suspension helped deliver a smooth ride, while the underseat exhaust helped to centralize mass and improve dynamics. This particular example is quite possibly the only of its kind, having spent the past two decades in storage as ex-dealer stock. Still in its crate, it's never been ridden, and arrives with an unopened box containing the keys, screen, mirrors, and manuals.
