Dodge Challenger SRT Demon
One look at its muscular body tells you it's not a supercar. Yet the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is certainly super... something. Powered by a new "Demon" variant of the company's supercharged 6.2L Hemi V8, it has 840 hp at its disposal. This power gives it the ability to move from 0-60 in just 2.3 seconds, making it the world's fastest production car in this metric — faster than even the Bugatti Chiron. It's also been banned by NHRA before it's even released, as it's also the world's fastest production car in the quarter mile, with a time of 9.65 seconds and a top speed of 140 mph. Technical wizardry was necessary to achieve these feats, including the SRT Power Chiller that uses A/C refrigerant to cool air entering the supercharger, an Air-Grabber induction system with the largest hood scoop you'll find on the lot, and the ability to run on 100+ unleaded high-octane fuel. Limited to just 3,000 units in the 2018 model year, with deliveries slated to begin this fall.
