Donut Robotics C-Face Smart Mask

Face coverings might be the norm for the foreseeable future, so companies around the world continue to innovate. Based in Tokyo, Donut Robotics has developed the first smart mask on the market, made from white plastic and able to connect via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet. The mask fits over a standard mask and can transcribe and translate speech into text messages, make calls, or amplify the mask wearer's voice. The first 5,000 "c-masks" are being shipped to Japanese buyers this fall, with the US, China, and Europe to follow.
