Factory Crated 2014 EBR 1190RX Motorcycle
EBR — Erik Buell Racing — was formed after Harley-Davidson shut down Buell Motorcycle Company in 2009. The first bike from EBR was the race-only 1190RR, followed by the 1190RS in 2011, and the 1190RX in 2013, EBR's first production motorcycle. The 1190RX was powered by a 185 horsepower, 1,190cc v-twin with a six-speed transmission and vacuum-assisted slipper clutch — specs that compared favorably with bikes like the Ducati Panigale at the time. This 1190RX comes with a special accessory — the original shipping crate. Never ridden, the bike shows just 3.3 miles on the odometer, enough to complete factory testing and to get it into the crate. Documentation is included in the auction, with a certificate of original from EBR and details like the protective film still on the TFT display. The bike is currently up for auction on Bring a Trailer.
