Geyserville Vineyard
Situated on six acres of California Wine Country, the Geyserville Vineyard incorporates modern design in an industrial shell. The base of the home is a Sunsweet fruit-packing building from 1930. A frameless glass structure has been inserted into the existing concrete walls to establish the new interior spaces, including an open living area and an upstairs mezzanine housing a sitting room and master suite with a private outdoor terrace. Towering 20-foot glazed panels offer expansive views of the vineyard, as well as the river below. An additional two live/work apartments occupy the south end of the building, as well as a separate caretakers unit.
