Cleverly named after waterlogged masses of land, the Migaloo Kokomo Ailand Floating Habitat blurs the lines between boat and island. Its oil rig-like design is split into several different decks, including a jungle deck with palm trees and waterfalls, a spa deck with a gym and salon, and a garden deck for dining and lounging. The beach deck has multiple pools, barbecue areas, an underwater dining room, a shark-feeding station, and an outdoor cinema, while even more pools — of the infinity type — and balconies can be found on the VIP and guest deck below. A helipad makes it easy to get to and from, and a series of eight engines moves the whole thing around at speeds of up to 9 mph. You can observe all the action from the owner's penthouse, which sits 260 feet above sea level, with a glass-bottomed Jacuzzi, private beach club, and spectacular views.
