If you keep a close eye on the beer scene, you know that hazy Northeast-style IPAs are all the rage right now. And while many are brewing this style, few are doing it well. Hardywood Brewery nailed the style with Tropication IPA, a beer with a bouquet of juicy tropical hops on the nose that also hit your palate in all the right spots. And like the best Northeast-style IPAs, most of the hop bite is smoothed out from a wave of passion fruit, pineapple, and mango. Refreshing and flavorful, we could easily consume several of these in one sitting.
