Handmade in London using the best British-made materials, the Harrison Oven would look at home in a modern home or an 18th century remodel. You won't find any built-in timers, convection systems, or other gadgetry here — in fact, the oven doesn't even hook to electricity. Instead it relies on solid fuels like charcoal and wood and a prominent front-facing thermometer to get the job done, imparting your food with delicious flavor, and capable of handling temps over 650 degrees, and able to be mounted into a wall or stand on its own, with or without the optional base unit.
