HECHEER Modular Camp Kitchen

Charles Goodnight built the first chuck wagon, a mobile kitchen for cattle drives, in 1866 around a box with a hinged lid that dropped down into a prep table. HECHEER makes the modern version, reducing a camp kitchen to an almost 30-pound aluminum case. The door becomes the tabletop, side panels fold out for more prep space, and the whole kitchen packs down to the size of a cooler. There's storage for cookware and food, plus a dual-zone induction burner or a slot for a butane stove. The induction side runs on 220V, so it needs an RV hookup, generator, or portable power station.
