Located in Covent Garden, the Henrietta Hotel is the first London hotel from the Experimental Group. Like their other projects, the 18-room hotel has a strong emphasis on food, cocktails, and design. Each room is unique with its own selection of rich fabrics, marble details, custom-made headboards, and minibars stocked with signature cocktails. The on-site restaurant is head by chef Ollie Dabbous and serves up seasonal dishes with a French influence. After dinner, drink historians Jared Brown and Anistatia Miller have crafted a menu of cocktails inspired by the historic area that can be enjoyed on the building's rooftop mezzanine.
