Iris Restaurant

Located inside the Salmon Eye, The Iris Restaurant gives guests an "Expedition Dining" experience. The journey begins with a boat ride from the town of Rosendal, stopping at Chef Anika Madsen's boathouse on the island of Snilstveitø for a small bite. From there, passengers ride to the floating art installation on Hardanger Fjord for a multisensory underwater experience. Inside, diners will be served an unconventional tasting menu surrounded by views of Norway's rugged landscape. If the weather permits, the courses are grilled over an open fire for visitors to enjoy on the rooftop terrace. A final boat ride back to Rosendal caps off the culinary adventure.
