IWC Portugieser Chronograph Ceratanium
For the first time in the collection's history, IWC Schaffhausen has brought its proprietary Ceratanium material to the Portugieser Chronograph, delivering a fully blacked-out 41mm timepiece from case to strap. Ceratanium is a titanium alloy treated at extreme temperatures to achieve the hardness and scratch resistance of ceramic, giving the watch its signature matte dark finish, carried through to the crown, pushers, black dial, black subdials, black hands, and textured rubber strap. The smoked sapphire caseback keeps the monolithic look intact while revealing the in-house calibre 69355, a column-wheel chronograph running at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 27 jewels and a 46-hour power reserve. Water resistant to 30 meters and limited to 1,500 pieces.
