Set on two acres in Point Dume, James Perse's Malibu Farmhouse uses a natural palette to amplify the views outside. The house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms for a total of 7,400 square feet, space that took Perse and his team roughly a year to renovate and furnish with a mix of custom pieces, antiques, and pieces from the designer's own line of furniture. There's also a two car garage attached, while outside, a large patio with firepit and sitting areas overlooks the flat yard and 50-foot swimming pool. The downside? The house doesn't come furnished, but Perse is willing to throw that in for an extra million.
