Built in 1960, the Ajioka House would be notable on its own, with an original design from Buff & Hensman, and restored by Commune Design. The fact that it was formerly owned by Jerry Bruckheimer only makes it more desirable. Set on nearly an acre in the Hollywood Hills, the home offers four bedrooms spread across four distinct structures. Outside, there are two custom Stan Bitters water installations, gardens, a pool, a grill and bar, and a fire pit conversation area.
