Googleのアシスタント機能が登場して数年が経つが、現在では今までとは違った機能が増えてきている。そう、リアルライフアシスタントとしてのサービスだ。GoogleのAI開発を活かして、人間の代わりにアポイントメントをや予約を取ったり、営業時間を調べたりすることができるようになる。話す時にどうしても発してしまう「えーと」などの音声の聞き取りにはまだやや問題があるが、その便利さはなお欠点を上回る。今年後半にはベータ版が登場する予定だ。
