ペンシルベニア州は北ペンシルベニア、チェスター郡にあるアイアンヒルでは、1996年から受賞歴に輝くクラフトビールを作り続けている。そんなアイアンヒルのフラッグシップビールである「ライジング・サン IPA」という名前は日本のソラチエースにちなんで付けられ、このビールのバックボーンとなっている。このIPAはライトでバランス良く、ピリッとしたシトラスのホップがポイント。新しくなった16オンス缶入りだ。
