ボートでしか行くことのできない、ノルウェーの島のむき出しの岩肌の沿岸に佇む「リール・アロヨ・キャビン」。亜鉛メッキ鋼の支柱の上に立つこのキャビンは不揃いな画を作り出している。ウッドデッキで繋がった二つの構造からなり、一つはパインクラッドに覆われ、寝室やバスルームを構えた軸組構造の建物。垂直に建っているのがメインリビングへと続くガラス張りの別ウィング。ギザギザした海岸線を渡すように建てられたこのガラス張りの家からは、一切の障害もないシーサイドの景色を独り占めできる。
