メキシコ、ハリスコ州の山地の火山性土壌で育った100％ブルーアガベのみを使用したハンドメイドの「ティアーズ・オブ・ジョローナ No.3 エクストラアネホテキーラ」は、この種ではもっとも複雑なスピリッツである。蒸留後、シェリー樽やスコッチウイスキーに使用した樽、コニャックの熟成に使用したフレンチリムジン樽などさまざまな樽の中で5年ほど熟成させたテキーラである。その後ブレンドを経て、1リットル入りのスイングトップボトルにボトリングされた一本だ。
