Kalamazoo already knows grills. So to complete the outdoor cooking experience, their grillmaster has designed a collection of knives. The set includes three essential kitchen blades — an 8-inch chef's knife, 5-inch boning knife, and 4-inch petty knife — as well as a set of steak knives. Each blade is forged in Seki City, Japan from three layers of metal with a stainless steel outer and a VG-10 core hardened to 61 HRC. For a rugged charm, the exterior is left with a unique pattern of hammer marks while their handles are hand-shaped from polished black canvas Micarta offering an ergonomic grip. For safe storage and transportation, the knives come with their own hand-sewn leather sheath.
