Laffite Automobili Atrax Electric SUV
Founded by former F1 driver Jacques-Henri Laffite and his nephew Bruno, Laffite Automobili introduced three models at the 2023 Miami Formula One Grand Prix. With design by Giorgetto Giugiaro and his son Fabrizio of GFG Style, the Atrax stands out as anything but the usual hypercar. Powered by two electric motors making a total of 1,167 horsepower, the Atrax is a crossover hypercar, with rally-levels of ground clearance and all-terrain tires. The Atrax is built on a carbon fiber monocoque with wing doors and a spare tire mounted into the sloping rear roof. Laffite aims for a 0-62 MPH time of 3.8 seconds, with a top speed of 150 MPH and a range of 273 miles. Laffite plans to build 26 examples of the Atrax, with deliveries starting in March 2024.
