Named for the company's founder, Eduardo "Lalo" González, this tequila is 100% pure, using only agave, yeast, and water. The tequila began as a small, private batch for friends and family in Guadalajara. And as demand grew, so did the production of the Blanco spirit. It's distilled only two times using a traditional cooking process to maintain the integrity of the agave, without any flavors or additives. And unlike most tequila makers, Lalo only makes a Blanco expression, meaning the spirit never makes its way into a barrel for aging.
