Adidas' Superstar silhouette was first released in 1969, and quickly won favor with basketball players like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, but it was Run-DMC's decision to rock Superstars on stage that helped elevate them to pop culture icon status. 50+ years later, LEGO has turned them into a building set. The 731-piece brick model hits all the familiar notes, including Superstar graphics, inner stamping, the signature shell toe shape, trefoil logo, and serrated three stripes mark.
