LiveWire S2 Alpinista Electric Motorcycle

The third bike built on LiveWire's S2 platform has arrived with the S2 Alpinista. Slotting in below the S2 Del Mar and S2 Mulholland, the Alpinista is described by LiveWire as the brand's first sport standard. The bike comes with 17-inch wheels wrapped in Dunlop tires, making the Alpinistra more agile and lowering seat height by 1.1 inches compared to the Del Mar. The Alpinsta weighs 434 pounds and has an electric motor with 84 horsepower and 194 lb-ft of torque, enough to push the bike from 0-60 in three seconds. A 10.5kWh battery pack delivers 120 miles of city range and 71 miles on the highway with a 20-80% charge time of 78 minutes on a Level 2 charger; high-speed Level 3 DCFC charging is unavailable. A Bosch 6-axis IMU provides lean-sensing antilock braking and traction control, with four preset and two user-customizable riding modes that tailor output to the rider's skill level and conditions. The S2 Alpinista is now available in Glacier Silver or Asphalt Black.
