Lunaz Aston Martin DB6 Restomod
Lunaz built its reputation turning British classics into EVs, which makes their 50th build a surprise. The DB6 First Edition is the U.K. shop's first gas-powered restomod, swapping the coupe's original 4.0-liter straight-six for a hand-built 5.0-liter six-cylinder that produces 345 hp, up from the factory's 278. Suspension, braking, and steering have all been re-engineered to meet modern driving expectations. The exterior wears a unique metallic green with soft gold trim, and the cabin features mother-of-pearl inlays, silver switch gear, and a mix of cashmere-blend textiles, suede, and leather. A custom exhaust ensures the engine sounds as good as it performs. This is the first of a limited run of First Edition DBs, and Lunaz says it marks the start of a powertrain-agnostic chapter. Price on request, though Lunaz builds have historically ranged from $600,000 to well over $1 million.
