Made In Santoku Knife

Made In's knives are trusted by chefs like Tom Colicchio, Grant Achatz, and Brooke Williamson. Their latest blade is a limited edition, available to the masses. Dubbed the Santoku — which means "three virtues" in Japanese — the knife excels at everything from cutting through produce and slicing sticky proteins to julienning fine ingredients. Its full-tang X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade is fully forged in France and measures 7.125", while the handle is made in Spain from renewable raw materials. As each one is handcrafted, no two are exactly alike, and each one carries a unique edition number from 1-650, denoting the knife's limited nature. The Santoku will only be available for purchase to those signed up for the waitlist, which closes at 11:59 pm PST on March 9.
