Mickey Mantle Golfing Type 1 Original Photograph

Mickey Mantle was known for being a prodigious switch-hitter. In this original photograph from 1961, The Mick's swinging from the right, but hitting a golf ball, instead of a baseball. It was taken at The Desert Inn Country Club, the grounds of which have since been replaced by the Wynn Golf Club, and also known as the spot where Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin helped invent the beverage cart. Verified authentic by PSA and attributed to United Press International, it arrives slabbed in a protective hard case.
