Sure, it can broil, bake, and even handle convection duties. It's the Miele Dialog Oven's new M Chef technology that will change the way you cook. Similar to the tech used to properly warm transplant organs, it uses two antennas to cook your food using radio frequencies but also monitors how much energy has been absorbed, adjusting the waves' frequency, amplitude, and phase to ensure even cooking. As a result, it can prepare multiple ingredients at once, cook a piece of meat at different doneness levels, and even mix and match cooking methods. It has over 100 built-in recipes to take the guesswork out of cooking, has a companion app that lets you keep an eye on dinner from the couch, and can reduce cooking times by up to 70 percent, giving you more time to spend with friends and family. It's launching in Germany in 2018 with a US launch planned for a later date.
