Mister Enthusiast x King Nerd Engraved Rolex Submariner Watch

Based on the idea of having the dial represent the function of the watch, Mister Enthusiast (aka artist Phillip Toledano) set out to find an engraver to do just that. He stumbled upon King Nerd, and the result is this stunning collaboration. Based around a Rolex 14060 from the '90s, the watch has a hand-engraved brass dial featuring a vintage diver vs. giant squid illustration straight out of a Jules Verne novel. The case is sandblasted, the bezel stripped, and the hands skeletonized so as to not distract from the artwork. It's finished with a black diamond set in white gold to replace the pip and is limited to just six examples.
