Monarch Electric Tractor
Farming is an essential part of our country. But the hazards it can create for those working and the environment are concerning. This new electric tractor from Monarch addresses those concerns by eliminating harmful emissions, reducing the need for herbicides, and keeping workers out of harm's way. The world's smartest tractor has space for a driver but also offers driver-assist or can operate on its own. It features 360-degree cameras, sensors, and autonomous navigation software. This means it can operate using pre-programmed tasks with someone on board or controlled from the ground in "shadow" mode. Available next fall, it's powered by a 70-hp electric powertrain that offers over 10 hours of operation time and also has built-in obstacle avoidance and roll prevention to prevent accidents.
