A new year and the latest CES means a wave of new innovation and new robots. One standout from the incoming class is this palm-sized robot called the Scout. It's being billed as the world's first autonomous home robot for intelligent monitoring. This means it is built to keep an eye on your home thanks to two-way radio and night vision as it patrols using omnidirectional wheels. The Scout can also be voice-controlled via Alexa or Google and doubles as a pet companion and educational toy for kids. The Scout is expected to go on sale this spring.
