NeueHouse Bradbury
The Bradbury Building is a Los Angeles icon. The 1893 National Landmark has starred in multiple television shows and films, including Ridley Scott's Blade Runner, and now it's playing host to NeueHouse's latest co-working space. Designed by Toronto-based DesignAgency, NeueHouse Bradbury occupies the building's entire second floor and spans 25,000 square feet to incorporate communal work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, lounges, a wellness room, and a coffee counter and bar within the historic shell. Its sophisticated environment is the combination of original details including exposed wooden ceiling joists, brick and terra cotta walls, oak-framed windows, and 20 authentic fireplaces along with the addition of Versailles parquet flooring, linen drapes. and custom furnishing. The entire palette is washed over with natural light from the structure's ornate Victorian atrium.
