Shake Shack has come a long way from their hot dog cart in Madison Square Park. Along with around 200 locations worldwide, the burger chain now operates out of a 12,000-square-foot building in New York City. The three-story headquarters infuses its industrial shell with mid-century modern furniture, custom wood finishes, and loads of greenery to create a sleek but relaxed atmosphere for employees to collaborate throughout the open-concept workspace. Along with the offices, conference rooms, and a wood-lined library, the building also houses a storefront and an on-site test kitchen to develop new menu items.
