Nike Pegasus 41 Running Shoe
The Nike Pegasus had its original release in 1983 and has become one of the most reliable and popular running shoes on the planet. The Pegasus 41 is coming in June and will touch down with ReactX cushioning, a first for the shoe. The proprietary foam forms a full-length midsole with Zoom Air units at the forefoot and heel, good for a 13 percent energy return gain. The shape of the sole has been changed, with more rounded lines and a slight bubble where the Zoom Air is located in the forefoot. Changes to the upper are more subtle, using the same midfoot system with an internal band, although the engineered mesh is now lighter and breathes better. Nike also announced the Pegasus Premium, a high-end running shoe that will debut in 2025.
