The 5,000-square-foot space on North Orange Drive, designed by Babenzien and co-founder Estelle Bailey-Babenzien, runs more like a loft than a shop: exposed wood rafters, Persian rugs, a full kitchen with an island, surfboards alongside the clothing racks, and a dedicated screening and soundstage area. Programming includes dinners, film screenings, book clubs, and live performances. It's Noah's fourth location globally, joining the Mulberry Street flagship in New York and stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and Seoul.
