Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon

Since 1897, the Bottled-in-Bond designation has let whiskey consumers know exactly what is in each bottle. It means that a spirit is the product of a single distillery from a single distilling season, aged at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof. Heaven Hill is releasing a series of bonded bourbons every spring and fall for the next five years, and this 11-year-old Old Fitzgerald is the first on the schedule. The bottle was inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitz diamond decanter and includes a throwback tax stamp with distillation and bottling dates.
