Omega Speedmaster Chrono Chime Watch
With the release of the Speedmaster Chrono Chime Watch, Omega also introduces a brand new movement. The Speedmaster Chrono Chime Watch was developed in collaboration with Blancpain and took six years to complete. The brand's most complicated movement, each one is made by hand and features an integrated chronograph and minute repeater, along with mal-manipulation security and a split-seconds function. Its unique sound is the result of an 18K Sedna Gold gong being struck by double hammers delivering high-pitch and low-pitch rings. The intricate movement is housed in a 45.5 mm 18K Sedna Gold case with a matching inner bezel and subdials. A contrasting dial is finished in blue aventurine "Grand Feu" enamel and includes a chime pusher at 8 o'clock and a split-seconds pusher at 2 o'clock. The limited edition timepiece arrives in a walnut music box with a spruce resonance plate designed to amplify the sounds of the chime.
