Otto Wilde Steak Grill
Using radiant instead of convection heat, this Pat LaFrieda-backed, German-made countertop machine delivers restaurant-quality sears at home. A pair of individually-adjustable infrared Overfire burners cranks things up to 1,500º F, giving you the steakhouse crust you long for while keeping the inside a juicy medium rare. A solid cast iron grid distributes the heat evenly and can hold the biggest Porterhouse your butcher can dish out, and is height-adjustable with a multi-purpose lever that doubles as a grate handler and bottle opener. The burners are easily removed for clean-up and are powered by readily-available propane tanks, letting you cook nearly anywhere.
