Paris Le Cinema sur l'Eau

The current pandemic has forced businesses and organizations to get more creative. Paris' response to the crisis comes in the form of a floating cinema. Dubbed the Cinema sur l'Eau, the 16x9m screen will be installed on the bank of the Seine River where moviegoers can watch the Gilles Lellouche's film "Le Grand Bain" from the 38 electric boats. For the land-lovers, there will also be 150 deckchairs placed on the Quai de Seine. The cinematic experience will take place on July 18, 2020, as part of the Paris Plages 2020, a summer festival taking place along the Parc Rives de Seine and the La Villette canal basin.
