The company uses machines to constantly agitate the water as it freezes over the course of three to five days, a process that pushes all the impurities to the top. That section is then removed, leaving a 300-pound block of clear ice that's then cut down by hand, and in the case of the spheres, pressed or drill-pressed to create the final form. They offer everything from pebble ice and diamond-shaped chunks to cubes and spheres containing edible herbs, flowers, and even golf leaves.
