Piech GT Electric Coupe
Founded in 2017, Swiss auto startup Piech has started real-world testing of its first model, the GT. The GT's exterior leaves no doubt as to its purpose, with a sleek, fastback shape that recalls the best of 60's European sportscar design. Tipping the scales at just 3,968 pounds, the GT is powered by three electric motors — two at the rear and one on the front axle — that produce a total of 603 horsepower. 0-62 MPH comes in less than three seconds. Piech claims a 310-mile range from the GT's 75kWh battery, with fast-charging capability. Piech aims to have the GT in production by mid-2024.
