Pininfarina Formula Concept Simulator

Designer Fabio Bilotta has penned a Formula One simulator concept that's as much art installation as a functional sim. The design uses an authentic F1 seating position, with a reclined seat and feet raised to an elevated pedal box. Comprised of two pieces, a carbon fiber hood holds the wheel, with a flowing wood and metal frame holding the carbon fiber racing seat. While the sim rig is set up specifically for F1, its aesthetic would make it the centerpiece of whatever room it's in — not something to be stashed in the corner when the guests arrive.
