Plus Hus

Whether it's an office, guest house, or a new abode, Plus Hus gives you 320 square feet to do with what you like. The simple rectangular structure is constructed from mnmMOD panels, a sustainable material that is also energy efficient. They come in three configurations that can include a bathroom and kitchenette. Wooden shiplap, black aluminum door and windows, and a maple-lined interior come standard while colors and finishes are up to you. Once the final selection is made, it'll be built in their factory, delivered, and assembled on-site.
