Rhino Tank
Failure is the other half of success — and it takes a lot of failing to get something that works. Mad inventor Colin Furze tried — and failed — to build his own, slightly smaller, version of Greek-American Elie Aghnides' Rhino tank. Aghinides' Rhino used hemispherical wheels that were able to cross all kinds of terrain and float the vehicle over water with its paddle-like extrusions. Furze's take on the Rhino didn't fare so well, getting stuck in a swampy forest area thanks to a lack of power from its small track base vehicle. Watch Furze's Rhino in action here.
